How the Vibit ROLL Works
Step 1: Position Roller
Place the Vibit where you feel tension. The 90 pressure points will start working into the muscle straight away.
Step 2: Turn On Vibrations
Choose from 3 speeds or the pulse setting. The vibration helps the pressure points dig deeper and release tight tissue.
Step 3: Roll or Hold
For general tightness, roll it slowly over the area. For stubborn knots, hold it in place and let the vibration do the work. Add pressure as the tension melts away.
Step 4: Feel Amazing!
Enjoy that post-massage feeling — loose, relaxed, lighter. Use it whenever you need it. Battery lasts 120 minutes and charges anywhere with USB-C.
How can Vibit Help You?
Safe for all shapes and size. The Vibit works to prevent and improve:
You know that first step out of bed in the morning? When your feet just don't want to cooperate? The Vibit helps loosen up tight, stiff feet so you can get moving without dreading it.
- Common for people on their feet all day
- Often worse in the morning or after sitting for a while
- Many customers say it's now part of their morning routine
Watch a preview of our foot comfort routine below:
Runners and walkers often feel it along the outer thigh and knee - that stubborn tightness that won't let go. Foam rollers don't always cut it. The Vibit's firmer pressure and vibration can get into spots other tools miss.
- Common in people who run, walk or stand a lot
- Often overlooked as the cause of knee discomfort
- A go-to for customers who want to stay active
Watch a preview of our ITB routine below:
Sitting all day takes a toll. The lower back and hips get tight, and everything starts to feel stuck. The Vibit helps release that built-up tension so you can move more freely.
- Very common in desk workers and drivers
- Often feels like stiffness, aching or heaviness
- A few minutes a day can make a real difference
Watch a preview of our lower back and hip routine below:
Heavy legs after a long day? Tight calves pulling on your shins? The Vibit helps release that tension so your legs feel lighter and looser.
- Tight calves are a common culprit
- Often worse after exercise or being on your feet
- Makes recovery feel quicker and easier
Watch a preview of our shin and calf routine below:
That tight, heavy feeling in your head and neck - it usually comes from tension in the muscles, not something deeper. The Vibit helps release those tight spots so everything feels a bit lighter.
- Very common, especially for desk workers
- Often builds up through the day
- A popular part of the wind-down routine
See a preview of our head and neck routine below:
Hunched over a desk? Scrolling on the couch? It adds up. The Vibit helps release the tightness in your upper back and shoulders so you can sit and stand more comfortably.
- Common for anyone who works at a screen
- Shows up as stiffness or aching across the shoulders
- Customers notice the difference after just a few days
Watch a preview of our posture routine below:
After a workout, a long shift, or just a week that won't quit - your muscles hold onto it. The Vibit helps them let go. Vibration plus pressure works faster than pressure alone.
- Use it wherever you carry tension
- Portable enough to take anywhere
- Pairs with our step-by-step tutorials for best results

Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 61 reviews.
The Soma feels more intense with five settings. It works well for tired aching feet and helps with my restless legs if used before bed. I would recommend this new version but note that when fully charged the charging lights only remain on for five minutes on completion of charging whereas the Original Roller the charging lights remain on indefinitely. Well done Vibit, this is a wonderful tool. I have now purchased a second one for convenience.
I bought this for foot massage, it is perfect and what I wanted to.
We've had so many gimmicky massage tools in our house and this is the first one that actually gets used regularly. I keep it under my desk to treat my foot pain and after a long day I use it to unlock any other pain points. My wife uses it all the time too and her mum liked it so much I'm getting her one too. Highly recommend having one of these in the house.
I have the original Vi-Bit, this version is slightly larger with a more prominent middle section for the foot. To me it feels more gentle but yet effective. I would recommend this for plantar as it provides a lot of relief.
I have had plantar fasciitis for roughly 10 years, a year ago I had release surgery on both feet 4 months apart. I have swam, stretched, had physio, been fitted with expensive orthotics, worn night splints and so much medication for years. After all this I have had very little relief. I purchased the Vibit roller as another thing to try and I can honestly say after using it daily for just over a week I have a marked improvement in my pain. As soon as I feel the pain or heat beginning if I can I use the roller, it is instant relief and it lasts for hours. I highly recommend it if you are suffering like I have been.
I’ve had neuropathy in my feet for about 2 years & using the Vibit roller is really helping to ease the numbness & pain. I admit I put off buying it for sometime due to price but now I wish I’d bought it years ago & highly recommend it 100%
The Vibit has helped to loosen my foot ligaments and ease some of the pain in my foot. Easy to use , the only issue is battery life but that is not a game changer. Thanks
I have had planta fisciitis for over 3 months. Nothing worked. I went to physio and did the exercises everyday. Took pain killers. Complete rest for over a week. Frozen water bottle exercises. Cortizone injection. Used my mums revitive machine. Night splint. Received Vibit and I used it for my foot initially. Started using Vibit for the whole leg as some say tight calves, pinched nerves can contribute to foot pain. In one week of using vibit I have reduced pain and can walk without excruciating pain. I am still using night splint but feel I'm finally getting some relief from using Vibit. Highly recommend.
After having cortisone & orthotic shoes this is helping with daily massages to keep my plantar fasciitis at bay. Highly recommended
Unreal! I sit at a desk all day at work and this thing has loosed up my back, I can use it while I'm working too. I don't feel as stiff.
Lighter than the original but fixed unit no twisting parts on roller. I like this one for deep impact into neck hip shoulder. Easier to use in bed or on floor or at work
Best device I have ever purchased. It has helped my plantar fasciitis so much. My sister also purchased one as well. Can highly recommend it. Pain has been reduced and if I use it daily I have less issues with my foot. Thanks Vibit for creating such a great product!
Really noticed a difference in my feet after using the Vibit the first time. Excellent for other body areas too, such as tight thighs & calves. Also helping my shoulder which needs careful maintenance. Very happy!!
The Soma is excellent at easing tired aching feet and it also helps with my restless legs. I have two now, one beside my chair in the living room and one beside my bed.
I am suffering from Plantar fasciitis at the moment, I have tried inserts and different shoes which are meant to help but nothing has worked yet. I went to a Podiatrist who strapped my foot and wanted to sell me $1100 Orthotics. I don't think so. Then a friend told me about Vibit so I ordered one. It has been great and slowly my foot is getting better, it's not a overnight fix but it definitely does help and work as long as you keep going with it.
The Vibit Soma is great for those tight muscles and pain. I use this on my back and shoulders mostly, but also great for legs and arms. The vibration relaxes those tight muscles quickly and effectively. Highly recommend it for anyone dealing with pain or muscle tightness.
Helping with sore foot
WOW!! Had very painful plantar fasciitis for over two years and this Vibit roller has all but cured it. Just 5 minutes a day has worked wonders and the pain has gone. I’m usually sceptical of products with high claims and promises, but this really has worked and I’m one happy customer.
great looking product//battery lasting a long time and easy to use
I have plantofachitas is my right foot which was getting so painful.Have been using my vibit for 2 weeks now and pain is getting bearable now.Very happy with it.
I started using my Vibit and it was great and seemed to be working very well. I started then having an issue with the unit itself as it would not charge completely and kept turning off very quickly. It then did not turn on after a complete charge overnight. But, don't get me wrong, Vibit staff have been great, they are Fantastic and have replaced the unit under their Warranty. I am looking forward to receiving my New Vibit soon so I can start using it again. 😊
We have a large foam roller at home, but I wanted something I could bring to my hockey games so I could use it right after I get off the field. This has been great for loosening up my legs after a game and I feel much better the next day after using it.
I bought this for my wife. After a few uses she is telling me her legs don't feel as heavy any more and her Plantar Fasciitis pain has reduced substantially. I just hope this fixes it long term. Time will tell.
A work in progress with the result on my right foot going in the right direction. The vibit feels wonderful so I will keep using it daily. Delivery and packaging are so professional.I could use it straight out of the box as it was charged and ready to do its thing. Thank you!
It lasts quite a while, Great having the 5 settings Well built Would recommend
Easy to use really effective massager, noticeably better battery life than version one.
I loved the original and this one I love even more. Longer lasting charge, lighter, slightly bigger and all round a little ripper.
Hasnt cured my plantar fasciitis and I know it’s a long road but certainly helps at the end of the day. Seems to be a solid quality piece of gear
Great roller. Helps my foot pain after being on my feet all day and it's pretty powerful for such a small device. Love it!
Using the Vibit SOMA alongside my daily plantar fasciitis exercises has really helped my recovery. It's fantastic for easing foot cramps too. The vibration relaxes those tight muscles quickly. Highly recommend it for anyone dealing with foot pain!
The Vibit SOMA is a handy tool for post workout recovery. Rolled for 5 mins on speed 3 post-squats—legs feel fresh next day. Battery lasts ages, and it's sweat-proof which is a great feature.
Really helps when i get up off the couch, much less pain so i always use it when i am sitting on the couch.
It’s good for my plantar fasciitis. Easy to use every day. I bought 2 more as presents.
Great piece of equipment work well on my feet
Relieves my back pain fast
I just love it and it does what they say it does
I purchased for a client with a connective tissue condition and this has aided as a support between our therapy sessions. My client uses this on his feet in particular to stimulate circulation and as a form of acupressure therapy to support him in between our myofascial release therapy sessions.
End of week 1 - I have used the Vibit morning and night for a week. Yes, I have experiencing a general reduction in discomfort and pain in my left heel - getting up to go to the bathroom during the night, no longer involves hobbling and hopping on one foot. Time will tell if the improvemement continues, so far so good ..... ask me again in a month or so 😃👍
Love it.
